About Us

Family Baptist Church was started in 2013 on Easter Sunday in a tiny and worn-down church building on the west side of Pensacola. Since then, God has blessed us with many families, a wonderful facility, and a tight-knit family of believers who desire to honor Christ and grow in their faith. We are truly a family here and we aspire to reach the community with the love of Christ. Our services are simple, yet exciting. We preach the Bible alone, without any mixture of man’s ideas or culture’s influence. Our music service is one that honor’s God and brings him glory. We cherish the timeless hymns of the faith that many grew up on while learning those new songs that are written and sung with sound Biblical beliefs in mind. Our goal is to provide Biblical worship, not entertainment. Our families are of all ages and come from all walks of life. We love our children and teens and wish to be an influence and a help to them as they grow up in faith and life. There is no one of any age group that will not feel welcome here.
